Interior or indoor use laser levels.

 

Interior use laser levels emit a beam of light which is visible. There are some infrared ( non-visible ) type levels. However these are less common these days.

The ability to see your target is very important so make sure your level emits a beam which is visible. Some interior laser levels emit a beam which is hard to see outdoors. Again if its just for indoor use then its no problem.
